Refund policy

All sales of packages and promotional offers are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any packages, memberships, or promotional discounts purchased at CurateMD Skin Bar & Wellness Clinic.

All skincare product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any skincare items purchased.

Any store credit issued by CurateMD Skin Bar & Wellness Clinic is valid for one year from the date of issue. After one year, store credit will be considered void and cannot be redeemed.

Any services purchased (including packages or individual treatments) that are not used within two years from the date of purchase will be considered void. We encourage you to use your services within this period to ensure that you receive the full value of your purchase
